Tyl

If there was a shy OM it would be Tyl.

Tyl enjoys solitude, long walks in 

the woods and writing stories.  He is an 

OM of few words but expresses himself 

in other ways. 

The owl on his belly is a tribute 

to one of Tyl’s favorite animal friends.  

Tyl loves the owl because, like Tyl, 

the owl chooses not to squawk about.  

Rather, the owl is mindful of all it 

observes, while it listens and learns, 

quietly.

Tyl is a symbol of what we can learn 

from being mindful and listening 

to one another….

The ways in which we are all connected 

are more easily heard when we allow 

ourselves to be still and listen.
